March through November: $150.00 per night single/double occupancy (two-night minimum stay required). $20.00 for each additional guest
December through February: $130.00 per night single/double occupancy (two-night minimum stay required) $20.00 for each additional guest

For your convenience, we provide a refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, linens, paper goods, iron & board, washer/dryer, and TV (no cable service, sorry) with DVD player (wide screen, accepts computer hook-up and plug-and-play games).
No smoking inside, please.
